Man accused of trespassing at woman’s home in northeast Lincoln, police say

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – A man was arrested Thursday night after he was seen peeking into a home’s window in northeast Lincoln, police say.

Around 7:30 p.m., officers were sent to the home near 66th Street and Havelock Avenue after a man was spotted looking through an office window.

A woman said that she was alerted of the man by a notification from her home’s security system, according to police.

After a search of the area, officers found 64-year-old Joseph Reyna and took him into custody.

Reyna was arrested on suspicion of trespassing and disturbing the peace.

Back in September, Reyna was spotted peering through a home’s window near 66th and Burlington Avenue.

Following an investigation, officers arrested Reyna on suspicion of unlawful intrusion on Jan. 30, according to police.
