Man threatened at gun point when money dispute quickly escalates

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — On Sunday, around 3:30 p.m., Lincoln Police were called to the area of 3rd and Fairfield Streets on a report of a fight. Upon arrival, officers contacted a 40-year-old male victim who claimed there had been a dispute over stolen money. The victim said during the dispute, 43-year-old Stagie Harvey pulled out a handgun and began pointing it at him. The gun, identified as a black 9mm handgun, was hidden in a nearby garage, where officers were able to retrieve it. Harvey was arrested for terroristic threats and use of a weapon to commit a felony.
