Man wanted in shooting at north Lincoln apartment building is arrested
LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – Another man involved in a shooting at a north Lincoln apartment building was caught Tuesday, the Lancaster County Sheriff’s Office says.
Members of the Fugitive Task Force arrested 32-year-old Adrian Lott at a home near 50th and N Streets.
Chief Deputy Ben Houchin said Lott was arrested on warrants for several charges, including second-degree assault and use of a firearm to commit a felony.
“The task force has been looking for him for almost a month when these warrants were issued,” Houchin said.
Lott, 35-year-old Tramel Patterson and a 36-year-old woman arrived at a Lincoln hospital on April 16 with gunshot wounds.
According to an arrest affidavit filed in April, all three reported being shot outside of an apartment complex near 14th and Adams Streets.
Officers found surveillance footage that showed Lott firing a gun at another person, who has not been identified, court documents say.
Later on, Lott is seen “hobbling” back to a vehicle, the affidavit alleges. Patterson was also seen firing a gun in the video.
On April 19, police arrested Patterson on several charges, including second-degree assault and being a felon in possession of a firearm.
