Meet Lyle, available for adoption now at Capital Humane Society
LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — Meet Lyle, a four-month-old brown and black tabby kitten.
Lyle and his four siblings are waiting for their forever homes at the Capital Humane Society.
Matt Madcharo, executive director of the Capital Humane Society, and Lyle stopped by Channel 8 on Wednesday.
He spoke about the new dog adoption promotion, which is happening now at CHS. All dogs five months and older have reduced adoption fees.
Madcharo also said kitten season is here, so the shelter is in need of kitten replacement milk and feline foster parents.
And for some weekend fun, Madcharo said CHS is hosting an event with food, music and pets on May 21 at Glacial Till Vineyard in Palmyra.
Tickets are available for $15 online through May 20, and day-of registration is $20.
