More than 200 COVID-19 cases reported Thursday

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – According to the Lincoln-Lancaster County Health Department (LLCHD) 213 new confirmed cases of COVID-19 were reported today, bringing the total is to 10,455.
The total number of deaths for the community remains at 50.

Total coronavirus recoveries are up from 4,293 to 4,320.
While the county’s positivity rate has once again increased to 9.8% and the state’s to 12.5%.

A total of 94 people (46 from Lancaster County) were being treated for the virus at local hospitals. A total of seven people were on ventilators.

Symptoms of COVID-19 include fever, cough, shortness of breath, repeated shaking with chills, repeated muscle pain, headache, sore throat, new loss of taste or smell.
