Murder suspect arrested in Missouri extradited back to Nebraska

A man wanted for the murder of a Lincoln mother of five has been extradited back to Nebraska.

Jail records show 19-year-old Charles Gresham was booked in Lancaster County Jail on Tuesday. He was arrested late last month in Missouri by U.S. Marshals.

Gresham, along with Sylvester LeBlanc Jr., Rubin Thomas, and Jesse Foster, is facing first-degree murder charges stemming from the shooting death of Audrea Craig at a home near 26th and South Street on July 24.

Lincoln police said 26-year-old Martae Green, was shot by Craig after she armed herself during the apparent drug-related home invasion. Green was dropped off by several people at Bryan West shortly after the shooting where he later died.

Gresham will likely be formally Wednesday.
