Nearly Dry for Fourth of July

Another soupy evening in store with temperatures slowly falling from 90 to the lower 80s by sunset. A few spotty pop up showers and storms are likely until sunset, but most areas should stay dry. The same goes for your 4th of July forecast as a few scattered afternoon showers are possible with warm temperatures hovering in the upper 80s. Most of the region should be dry and slightly cooler just in time for fireworks in the late evening hours. As for the rest of the weekend and start of next week, the 90s stick around and a few more minor rain chances are still scattered throughout the 10 Day Forecast.
