Nebraska baseball’s weekend series against Nicholls moved to Kansas
LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – Nebraska baseball is heading to Manhattan, Kansas for its weekend series against Nicholls, the university announced Monday.
The game was originally scheduled to be played in Lincoln, but due to the forecasted weather conditions, the Huskers will now play in Kansas.
Nebraska will face the Colonels in one game on Thursday and a doubleheader on Friday, according to a press release.
The first pitch for Thursday’s game is set for 11 a.m., and Friday’s doubleheader will begin at 2:30 p.m.
Fans who purchased tickets for the games this weekend will be refunded after the conclusion of the season, the university says.
