Nebraska Board of State Canvassers certifies 2026 primary election results

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — The Nebraska Board of State Canvassers on Monday reviewed and certified the 2026 primary election results, which were held on May 12.
According to the state of Nebraska, the board reviewed the election results and did not identify any automatic recounts for statewide races, unanimously certifying the election.

The board, which consists of Gov. Jim Pillen, Secretary of State Bob Evnen, Attorney General Mike Hilgers, State Treasurer Joey Spellerberg and Auditor Mike Foley, is required by law to certify the primary election results.
