Nebraska emergency and non-emergency lines briefly down Wednesday morning
911 emergency lines and non-emergency lines were briefly down across the state Wednesday morning.
The outage happened around 7:45 a.m.
According to Lincoln Police dispatch, all lines are now back up and functioning.
