LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – Nebraska football has added another piece to their offensive staff. Scott Frost hired Donovan Raiola as Nebraska football’s new offensive line coach.

Donovan, the younger brother of Nebraska great Dominic Raiola, has spent the last four years as the Chicago Bears assistant offensive line coach.

Raiola started his career as a center for the Wisconsin Badgers from 2003-05. He earned all-Big Ten honorable mention selection three times during his college career and was captain his senior season.

His professional career lasted from 2006-10 on a variety of NFL teams and spent his last two seasons with the Omaha Nighthawks of the United Football League.
