Nebraska seeks applications for Rural Health Advisory Commission
LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – The Rural Health Advisory Commission is seeking applicants for three positions.
Applications for the rural dentist position are currently available and can be found online.
Applications for the rural physician and rural consumer positions will be available when those posts become vacant in September.
The Rural Health Advisory Commission is a governor-appointed commission consisting of thirteen members.
Applicants must live or work in a county with a population of fewer than 15,000 residents. Click here to see a map of qualifying Nebraska counties.
All members must receive legislative approval after being selected by Gov. Pete Ricketts.
