New U-Stop, Jeannie’s Kitchen now open in southeast Lincoln

After nearly five months, the brand new facility at 6930 S. 73rd Street opened their doors Thursday.

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – The new U-Stop and Jeannie’s Kitchen is now open near 73rd and Pine Lake.

After nearly five months, the brand new facility at 6930 S 73rd Street opened their doors Thursday. You can gas up your vehicle, while also grabbing dine-in or takeout food from Jeannie’s Kitchen, which is connected to the convenience store.

“When they look to the left as they come in through the door, they’ll see Jeannie’s Kitchen and all the grab and go different items for snacking,” Mark Whitehead, the owner said. “If you look to the right as you come in, it’s much more of a convenience store type of offering and mentality.”

To add to their one-stop-shop combo, a car wash, will be coming to the facility in March, called Soapatopia.

This location also includes a drive-thru window.
