No one injured after train collides with trailer near Beatrice

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – A train versus vehicle crash in Gage County caused road closures for several hours on Tuesday.

Gage County deputies were sent to the crash on Southwest 75th and West Hickory Roads in Hoag, which is northwest of Beatrice.

West Hickory Road was closed for several hours after the incident.

The Gage County Highway Department and the Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railroad Police also responded to the crash.

There were no injuries reported, according to the Gage County Sheriff’s Office.
