ELKHORN, Neb. (KLKN) — Friday morning, multiple bomb threats were made in Elkhorn and Omaha, according to unconfirmed scanner reports.

Although reports about threats to Union Pacific and Elkhorn Public Schools have been made, the Omaha Police Department (OPD) released a statement saying they “do not believe these threats are credible.”

OPD is asking local residents to report any suspicious or threatening phone calls they may have received to 911 for follow-up.

We’ll keep you updated if anything changes during the investigation.
