Overhead Sign Instillation set to begin on I-180

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – Weather permitting, overhead sign installation is set to take place on November 17th and 18th between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m., according to the Nebraska Department of Transportation.  Construction will be on I-180 southbound between mile markers 1 and 2 in Lincoln.

Detour for the route will head southbound off the ramp at Superior Street and then right back on the I-180 southbound on-ramp at Superior Street.  Anticipated completion is two nights.

Motorists are reminded to drive cautiously in and near work zones, buckle up, and put phones down.
