PHOTOS: Lincoln covered in light snow
LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — The City of Lincoln once again sent out the plows Friday morning, as snow started covering roads overnight.
Officials said that accumulations were generally 1 inch or less but that drivers may run into some slick spots.
They’re asked everyone to use caution during the morning commute and give themselves extra time.
Salt with brine is being applied to streets as needed, along with school and bus routes.
