Questions about what went on inside a Lincoln home are slowly being answered.
Lincoln Police say 50–year–old Ronald Blake Heritage, 53–year–old Tina Jensen and 55–year–old Norma Voges were all found dead inside a home near 67th and Bethany Park Drive.
Police say Heritage lost his wife in 2014. At the time of his death he lived with Jensen.
"Ronald Heritage and Tina Jensen were in a dating relationship and lived at the residence, interviews with family members of the deceased identified Voges as a long time friend of both Heritage and Jensen," Chief Jeff Bliemeister, Lincoln Police, said.
Police say some of Jensen’s family members were checking on the house, they found two of the bodies and called 911.
When police arrived at the house they found the third body and a weapon.
According to online records, police are treating this as a possible murder-suicide case.
"A firearm has been recovered and evidence collected suggests the gun was discharged inside the home," Chief Bliemeister, said.
I spoke with someone who lived across the street. He was shocked to hear the news of his neighbors passing.
"I used to do yard work for Blake and then sometimes, here and there, we used to shoot golf in his backyard," Jimmy Le, Neighbor, said.
Police say all three of them worked for the U.S. Postal Service.
Some people in the area tell me Heritage was the type of man who kept to himself. They did not know much about Jensen and Vorges.
Police are waiting on autopsy results. Again, this is being looked at as a possible murder suicide case.
