State officials across the nation are in the midst of a debate over CRT.
Iowa Governor Kim Reynolds even signed a bill in early June banning the teaching of CRT in public schools.
The American Civil Liberties Union says the bill is blatantly suppressing speech about race, while Gov. Reynolds argues CRT is about”discriminatory indoctrination.”
