Positions up for grabs this week following 0-2 start
Players are competing for starting positions during practice this week before Saturday's home opener.
LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – Following the Husker’s 0-2 start to the season, Defensive Coordinator Erik Chinander and Offensive Coordinator Matt Lubick said players will be competing for starting positions during practice this week.
During a Zoom press conference on Tuesday, Lubick specifically spoke on Adrian Martinez and Luke McCaffrey both fighting for the quarterback spot.
Nebraska looks for their first win of the season as they host Penn State on Saturday in their first home game of the season.
