Rain chances, cooler temps continue

A frontal boundary is going to slide south across Nebraska on Wednesday night, bringing with it a chance for showers and thunderstorms.

In Lincoln and southeast Nebraska, the best chance for the rain will be after midnight into early Thursday morning.

Temperatures will cool off to the 60s, about where our average low is this time of year, early Thursday morning.

Rain will be possible early, then the sky will clear out, giving us a mix of clouds and sun. The humidity will relax a little bit, too!

Highs on Thursday will be almost 10 degrees below average, which is 90 degrees for this time of year. The high will be in the lower 80s with a north breeze at 10 to 20 mph.
