Recall Alert: office chairs, infant sets and adult sweatshirts

LINCOLN, Neb.(KLKN)- T.J. Maxx is recalling over 81,000 of its office chairs. The back of the chair can break or detach from the seat base when a consumer is seated in the chair, posing a fall hazard.

If you have the recalled office chair, contact T.J. Maxx for instructions on how to get a full refund. You can also return them to any Marshalls, T.J. Maxx, HomeGoods and HomeSense store.

Patagonia is recalling over 8,000 of its ‘Infant Capilene Midweight Base Layer Sets.’ The snaps in the bodysuit of the recalled base layer sets can detach, posing a choking hazard if mouthed by infants.

If you have the recalled set, stop using it and contact Patagonia for a full refund.

Helly Hansen is recalling over 13,000 of its adult workwear sweatshirts and hoodies. The recalled clothing fails to meet flammability standards for clothing textiles, posing a risk of burn injuries to consumers.

If you have the recalled garments, contact Helly Hansen for a full refund or replacement. The company says you will need to send a picture of the recalled product cut in half.
