Recall Alert: washing machines, paddle boards and ovens

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN)- Samsung is recalling over 663,000 of its top load washing machine. The washing machines can short-circuit and overheat, posing a fire hazard. Instructions on how to check whether a washer’s software has been updated can be found on Samsung’s website.

If the recalled washer does not have Wi-Fi capability and you wish to receive a free software repair without connecting to the internet, you should immediately stop using the washer and contact Samsung directly for a free dongle to plug in and download the free software repair.

If you shop at Costco, Surf 9 is recalling over 13,000 of its Body Glove Tandem and ULI Inflatable Paddle Boards. The glue on the inflatable paddle boards can separate at the seams and the paddle boards can deflate unexpectedly, posing a drowning hazard.

If you have the recalled boards, return them to Costco for a full refund or contact Surf 9 for instructions on how to receive a refund.

ZLINE is recalling over 28,000 of its gas ranges. The oven of the gas ranges can emit dangerous levels of carbon monoxide while in use, posing a serious risk of injury or death from carbon
monoxide poisoning.

If you have the recalled product, stop using the oven compartment until a free repair is available. You can still use the range tops, which are not impacted in the recall.
