If you're an essential oil user, double-check that what you're using is safe for your kids

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN)- The United States Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) announced that some of Plant Guru’s essential oils are being recalled due to a failure to meet child-resistant packaging requirements.
The oils being recalled are Wintergreen Essential Oil, Birch Essential Oil, Headache Relief Essential Oil Blend, Headache
Relief Roll-On Essential Oil Blend, and Deep Muscle Essential Oil Blend.

These products contain the substance methyl salicylate, which according to the Poison Prevention Packaging Act (PPPA), must be in child-resistant packaging. Because these oils aren’t packaged safely, they pose a risk of poisoning if your children swallow the contents.
Consumers should immediately stop using these oils, store the products in a safe location out of reach of children, and contact Plant Guru for a full refund for the roll-on products and a free child-resistant replacement cap for the bottles. All known purchasers are being contacted directly.
No incidents or injuries have been reported yet, according to CPSC.
