LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – U.S. Rep. Jeff Fortenberry filed a motion to dismiss the indictment against him in the United States District Court Central District of California.

Rep. Fortenberry is being represented by attorney John Littrell in the case.
“The Congressman will ultimately be victorious in this case. He did not lie to the FBI, and in fact was trying to help them,” said Jim Morrell, Spokesperson for Rep. Fortenberry.
