One of the local restaurants still open in Lincoln is Rodizio Grill.
A co-owner told us they are really feeling the impact.

“When you look at the reduction in sales, it’s probably gonna be closer to 90 percent in sales,” said Eric Underwood. ” I mean, it’s a dramatic loss. We just had to modify our concept to see if we could still be ourselves, still do what we do, and do it well.”
The Brazilian steakhouse now has curbside and delivery services available.
Underwood says the restaurant had to furlough almost 50 workers so the business could survive and so those people could file for unemployment.
“My goal out of all of this is as we move forward, as we stay open, we can provide ourselves with the opportunity to be there at the end of this, so that way my true goal is getting my staff back working,” adds Underwood.

Underwood has hope that as the limits are lifted, the restaurant can return to normal.
