Seasonal temperatures this week

Overnight conditions will stay on the dry side with partly cloudy skies and temperatures in the mid-60s. A few showers are possible anytime after midnight near the Kansas border with the occasional rumble of thunder.

Our rain chances pick up around 4-8 a.m. as spotty thunderstorms are expected to develop across southeast Nebraska. The good news is that the rest of the day will be on the drier side with partly cloudy skies and temperatures will top out in the mid-80s. Muggy continues will return though as dew points will return to the 70s making it feel sticky if you have any outdoor plans.

As we head towards to the middle of the week, dew point temperatures will continue to increase making it feel sticky outside even though actual air temperatures will be in the mid to upper 80s. Several overnight rain chances are still in the forecast as well…
