Authorities have arrested a second teenager in connection to an armed robbery and home invasion.

Authorities have arrested a second teenager in connection to an armed robbery and home invasion.
Lancaster County Sheriff Terry Wagner said a 16-year-old boy was lodged Thursday in the juvenile detection center for his alleged role in the crime.
The boy, along with a 17-year-old who was arrested prior to Friday, entered a home near 63rd and Yankee Hill Rd. on Wednesday wearing sweatshirts, face masks and hoods, and robbed two teenage girls inside at gunpoint, Wagner said.
One victim told deputies she was pushed to the ground before running to another part of the home. The other victim reported she was forced to the ground by one of the suspects.
The suspects took a safe from the home which contained jewelry, prescription medication and an iPhone, Wagner said.
The 17-year-old suspect was taken into custody near 70th and ‘A’ streets after the stolen iPhone was tracked using GPS. Wagner did not say what led investigators to make the second arrest.
