Sex survey leads to arrest of Lincoln man
A 21-year-old Lincoln man is lodged in the York County Jail after a month long investigation by the Nebraska State Patrol Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Unit.
Around 10:30 a.m., Friday, November 5, 2010, investigators arrested Luke Bundy, 25, Lincoln. The arrest follows an investigation into a report that Bundy was sending females, including those under age, a “sex survey”. The survey asked the females to send naked pictures of them from the neck down to Bundy.
During the month long investigation into the on-line sex survey, investigators uncovered information reference the sexual assault of a juvenile female from York County. The assault of the juvenile female occurred over the summer.
Bundy was taken into custody without incident in Lincoln and lodged in the York County Jail on a charge of 1st Degree Sexual Assault, and 3rd Degree Sexual Assault of a Child. ###
