Single Barrel restaurant closes its doors in downtown Lincoln

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — Single Barrel, the restaurant located inside downtown Lincoln’s Graduate Hotel, is closing its doors on Friday.
In a social media post on Friday, the restaurant offered several thank-yous to those who have helped shape Single Barrel over the last 14 years.
Since its inception in 2011, the restaurant has been known for its Prime Certified Angus Beef, large selection of whiskeys and live music.
While at its original location on 10th and P streets, the restaurant hosted the Sidetrack Band for home Nebraska football games and also saw performances by Morgan Wallen, Thomas Rhett, Cole Swindell, Whiskey Myers and the Turnpike Troubadours.
In 2021, the restaurant moved inside Lincoln’s Graduate Hotel and has served as the hotel’s official restaurant, offering breakfast and catering.
There is no word on what will take its place.
