Storms to bring a cold front to Nebraska Thursday night

A final line of storms is moving across south-central Nebraska on Thursday evening.  This is the final round of storms for the day.  A cold front will quickly follow, turning winds around to the west and brining in “cooler” and less humid air.

Temperatures will drop down to the middle 50s to near 60 by Friday morning.  Sunny skies will prevail through most of Friday.  You will notice a significant drop in humidity as dew point temperatures are projected to only be around 50.  Compared to middle 60s to 70, it will be a nice change.

The air temperature should top out above normal, with highs in the upper 70s to lower 80s.
