Suspect arrested after attempting to cash fraudulent check
SEWARD COUNTY, Neb. (KLKN) — The Seward County Sherriff’s Office has arrested an individual on suspicion of attempting to cash a fraudulent check.
The suspect attempted to cash a fraudulent check at a bank in David City.
When officers arrived, the suspect drove over an officer’s foot and fled the scene. SCSO sought the public’s help after the suspect fled.
Around 2:50 p.m., deputies were able to find and take the suspect into custody.
