Talent Plus creates putt-putt courses out of items it is giving to Food Bank of Lincoln
LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – The Food Bank of Lincoln will be receiving lots of food from Talent Plus, an international company headquartered in Lincoln.
Talent Plus consults companies on hiring and promotions using a science-based approach.
The employees at Talent Plus created five putt-putt courses made out of food that they are donating to the food bank.
One of the favorite designs was a stadium featuring the two teams playing in the Super Bowl.
Each year, Talent Plus picks nonprofits to donate to and volunteer with for the whole year.
The employees chose the Food Bank to help fight food insecurity, something that is important to many of the workers.
“We believe in using our natural talents and abilities to make the world a better place and a large part of that is giving back to our community and using our talents to support everyone in Lincoln and the surrounding community that we interact with every day,” said Ruth Tewis, a client success manager.
The putt-putt courses will be up for employees to use through Friday, before the food bank comes and picks up the donations.
