Troopers arrest 33-year-old Lincoln man in child pornography investigation

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – The Nebraska State Patrol has arrested a Lincoln man on suspicion of possessing child pornography.

The patrol served a search warrant at 33-year-old Daniel Polyanksy’s apartment near 48th Street and Leighton Avenue on Wednesday.

Inside, troopers found “numerous items of child pornography,” according to the patrol.

Polyansky was then arrested on suspicion of possessing and distributing child pornography.  He was lodged in the Lancaster County Jail.

An investigation is ongoing, the patrol says.
