The Transportation Security Administration is changing its rules when it comes to hand sanitizer on planes.

The TSA said Friday it will allow passengers to bring hand sanitizer up to 12 oz. in carry-on bags. The change is in effect until further notice.

Larger containers will most likely need to be screened separately, the agency said. It also recommended travelers allow themselves plenty of time to go through those screenings.
