Tuesday Evening Weather Update; November 17, 2020

We’ve got a nice stretch of warm weather coming to southeast Nebraska over the next couple of days.  Temperatures will be running 20° to 25° above normal!

TONIGHT:  Mostly clear skies and not as cool.  Low temperatures will be in the middle 30°s to near 40°.  Lincoln Low Temperature:  38°

WEDNESDAY:  Mainly sunny, windy and warm.  Temperatures will climb to the low 70°s by afternoon.  Winds will also increase, gusting to 35 mph out of the south-southwest.  Lincoln High Temperature:  71°

THURSDAY:  Partly cloudy skies and warm.  The winds will not be nearly as strong as Wednesday.  High temperatures will be in the lower 70°s.

HOLIDAY TRAVEL

I’m already looking ahead to next week and trying to identify where there could be weather causing travel problems.  Much of the country looks to be in good shape as I am not seeing any significant storms at this distance.
