Turning warm, windy and humid this weekend 5/27/2022
Patchy fog is starting to lift as of 8 AM this Friday morning and visibility is improving as a result. Sunshine will quickly warm us up with highs eventually topping out in the low to mid-80s. Some spots further west in central NE could warm a little bit higher though. Temperatures remain mild overnight with lows only in the low 60s thanks to southerly wind. The wind turns a bit breezy tomorrow and temperatures warm further into the upper 80s with sunny skies and humid conditions. We turn hot on Sunday with highs in the low 90s and more sunshine. Thunderstorms are likely the next several days in the evening, mainly in central and northeast NE. We will monitor the forecast for any changes, but the only decent chance for storms in Lincoln appears to be Sunday night.
