Two Husker football players suspended indefinitely

LINCOLN – The Husker football team has suspended Andre Hunt and Katerian Legrone indefinitely, offensive coordinator Troy Walters announced Wednesday.

Hunt, a redshirt freshman from Palm Dale, California, most recently addressed the media last Wednesday and was in line for significant playing time in his second year in the program. Legrone, a redshirt freshman tight end from Atlanta, was expected to compete for playing time within a deep position group.

Walters did not specify if both suspensions stemmed from a related incident. He also did not specify if either were suspended for a violation of team rules.
