LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — Two people were injured when an unknown person shot them in their car on Saturday.

The Omaha Police Department says officers were called to a hospital around 2:15 a.m after two victims came in, one of them with gunshot wounds.

They told police they were driving near North 75th and Maple Streets when someone in a dark colored vehicle shot at them.

Charmaine Johnson, 29, was cut in the attack. Police think she was sliced by the car’s broken glass.

The passenger, 28-year-old Detrelle Perry, was treated for gunshot wounds that were not life-threatening.

Authorities were not able to establish a definite scene where the crime was committed.

The department is offering a $10,000 reward for anonymous tips that lead to an arrest.
