LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) — The Otoe County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a rollover crash in southeast Nebraska on Wednesday.

Just after 11 p.m., the sheriff’s office, along with Talmage Fire and Rescue, was sent to a single-vehicle, rollover crash on Highway 67 north of County Road R near Talmage.

When the first responders arrived, they found 41-year-old Anthony Collins of Lincoln pinned in his pickup.

Authorities said Collins had to be extricated from the car and was taken to a Lincoln hospital in serious condition.

As deputies were investigating the scene, they found 44-year-old Brent Schleicher of Lincoln had been ejected from the pickup.

He was flown from the scene to a Lincoln hospital in serious condition, authorities said.

According to the sheriff’s office, a 2011 Chevrolet Avalanche was headed south on Highway 67 when it left the road, hit a utility pole and rolled several times.

The crash remains under investigation.
