Two men stole nearly $60,000 worth of cooler panels from Lincoln bar, police say

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – Two men were arrested Sunday after stealing several walk-in cooler panels from a north Lincoln bar, police say.

The first theft was reported at Little Risky’s, which is under construction near 33rd and Superior Streets, on Dec. 27.

Police said thieves took off with $15,000 worth of cooler panels while the bar was under construction.

Less than a month later, thieves returned to the bar and took another $30,000 worth of panels, according to police.

And on Feb. 15, Risky’s reported that an additional $14,000 worth of panels were stolen, police say.

With the help of the Nebraska State Patrol, authorities served a search warrant Sunday at a home in Ceresco.

Inside, authorities found the stolen panels, according to police.

William Rader, 35, and Dillon Salvo, 28, were then arrested on suspicion of theft by receiving.
