United States now leads the world with over 82,000 COVID-19 cases

The virus has killed more than 23,600 people wordwide.

According to John Hopkins the United States has now surpassed China and Italy with the most confirmed COVID-19 cases.

Globally, the novel coronavirus has killed more than 23,600 people, including at least 1,178 in the United States. Worldwide, there are more than 526,00 diagnosed cases and at least 122,000 people around the world have recovered.
