UPDATE: 40-year-old man injured in south Lincoln shooting
LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – A 40-year-old man was taken to the hospital after a shooting near South 14th Street and Old Farm Road.
According to the Lincoln Police Department, officers responded to a reported shooting at 8:45 a.m. Saturday.
The victim was taken to a local hospital for a gunshot wound to the foot that was not life-threatening.
LPD said 19-year-old Larry Harris of Lincoln was arrested a few blocks from the scene on suspicion of possession of a stolen firearm and possession of a controlled substance.
The investigation into the shooting is ongoing.
