Volunteer crews battle semi fire on I-80 near Ashland
LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – A semi burst into flames late Wednesday night after a crash on Interstate 80 near Ashland.
Ashland Volunteer Fire Department said crews responded to a crash involving a semi and a car on I-80 around 9:30 p.m.
When crews arrived, the semi was on fire, according to a Facebook post.
Firefighters from Greenwood and Murdock helped crews put out the flames.
The fire department said no one was seriously injured in the crash.
