Warm & Windy Monday 3/29/2021

Temperatures are on the mild side for a late March morning, as lows are currently sitting in the upper 40s and low 50s. Wind speeds are gusty though, with wind gusts already up to 30 mph in some spots. They will continue to increase throughout the day with gusts by the afternoon peaking near 40 to 50 mph. This has resulted in the potential for critical fire weather conditions throughout the day. High temperatures will make it feel more like May today, with highs in the upper 70s. A cold front will cool temperatures down through Wednesday, before highs increase again for the rest of the week.
