WATCH: Man drives off after pickup rolls back into truck, Lincoln Police say

LINCOLN, Neb. (KLKN) – Lincoln Police are looking for the man who drove off after his pickup rolled back into a truck last Friday.

Police say the man’s early ’90s Ford pickup was caught on camera slamming into another truck in a parking lot near 65th and Holdrege Streets.

The truck’s owner, who police say appeared to be a white man with a beard, is then seen chasing after the truck, jumping in and taking off.

Police think the man’s truck had a light bar or deflector on top of the windshield, along with rust on the driver-side rear quarter panel.

Police are also searching for the person who drove off last Wednesday with $5,000 worth of copper wire spools from a job site near 27th Street and Interstate 80.

An older model Chevy truck with some paint damage to the passenger side was seen on security video leaving the job site, according to police.

Anyone with information on either case is asked to call Lincoln Police at 402-441-6000 or Crime Stoppers at 402-475-3600.
