Investigators are also looking for a man who stole liquor from the Russ’s Market near 33rd Street and Nebraska Parkway on Nov. 20.

Officers were in the parking lot on unrelated matters when a store employee flagged them down and said a man had tried taking off without paying.

They then approached the man’s minivan, but he refused to get out.

Eventually, officers pulled out a Taser, but the suspect closed his vehicle’s doors and locked them, according to police.

He then drove off, grazing the side of the building and dumping alcohol out of the vehicle’s open trunk, police said.

Lincoln Police described the Hispanic man as about 25 to 30 years of age, wearing a star-patterned face mask and a cross around his neck, and driving a dark-colored minivan with front-end damage and a white hood.

Anyone with information on either case is asked to call Lincoln Police at 402-441-6000 or Crime Stoppers at 402-475-3600.
