WATCH: Train splits 18-wheeler carrying bottled water
A semitrailer hauling bottled water was destroyed by an oncoming train after it got stuck on a railroad crossing in Texas.
RICHMOND, Texas. (ABC) – An 18-wheeler hauling bottled water was destroyed Wednesday after it became stuck on a downtown railroad crossing and was struck by an oncoming train.
No one was hurt in the crash, according to Richmond police.
Officers received a call about the struck 18-wheeler minutes before the crash, which was caught on camera.
Authorities expected the crossing to be closed for several hours while crews cleaned up the mess left behind.
