Wind Advisory issued for portions of northeast Nebraska

The National Weather Service has issued a Wind Advisory for portions of northeast Nebraska on Sunday from 6 a.m. – 1 p.m.

Northwest winds of 20-30 mph with gusts up to 50mph are expected, creating the potential for downed tree limbs and power outages. A slight chance of snow is also anticipated, which could lead to reduced visibility. 

The following counties are included in this Wind Advisory:
Antelope, Boone, Burt, Butler, Cedar, Colfax, Cuming, Dodge, Douglas, Knox, Madison, Pierce, Platte, Saunders, Seward, Stanton, Thurston, Washington and Wayne
