Wind Chills Remain Dangerously Low, While Snow Arrives in the Afternoon

A WIND CHILL ADVISORY is in place until noon as our day starts off on another frigid note with temperatures hovering around -7° and wind chill values dropping into the -20s! Unfortunately, temperatures do not rebound much throughout the day as our high temperature will only reach 2°.

A round of snow showers will arrive near noon and persist throughout our afternoon and evening hours, delivering 2-4″ of snow by Saturday morning. A WINTER WEATHER ADVISORY will go into effect this morning until 6AM Saturday morning, as roads will become slick and visibility will be poor. We could see some flurries Saturday morning before skies dry out for the remainder of the day. An additional band of snow will arrive overnight Saturday night and periodically continue throughout the day on Valentine’s Day.

Temperatures stay bitterly cold throughout the entire weekend. Bundle up!
